First Meeting

The first regular meeting of the organized company was held on January 26th, 1905 at which much important business pertaining to the organization was transacted.  At the meeting, the name "GOODWILL FIRE COMPANY" was officially adopted.  The dues were set at 10 cents per week payable quarterly.  These were later changed to 10 cents per month and still later to $1.00 per year where they now stand.
